Genetic Testing

The genetic test is simple cheek swab (saliva) and can be done on infants to adults. Results normally take from 3-5 weeks.*

Do you suffer from chronic inflammation? Inability to lose weight? Cardiovascular disease? Digestive issues? Autoimmune disease? Multiple food intolerance? Maybe you have a family history of certain diseases and you want to do whatever you can to potentially prevent these diseases yourself. Have you tried various diets and gone to numerous practitioners to find yourself not getting any better? Genetic testing is like a blueprint that reveals the best diet and lifestyle based on your unique genes to help optimize weight, reduce inflammation, and potentially improve or prevent dis-ease in the body.

Your genetic test package includes a detailed explanation of your genetics, and a personal printout of dietary, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on your unique genes. You will have a total understanding of how your body works with the knowledge of how to take control of your health. We are not destined to our genes. Only 1/3 of our risk is genetic, 2/3 is diet and lifestyle. Therefore, by "eating and living" for your genes, you can potentially improve, reverse, or prevent disease in your body.

If you are interested in Genetic Testing, please click on Nutrition / Lifestyle Counseling tab under "My Services" for initial consultation and package description.

Your genetic test includes how you process certain foods, eating behaviors, food intolerance and risks, methylation, detoxification, oxidative stress, neurotransmitters, brain health, and more.
